    Job Title: Account Executive
    Reports to: April Nemeth 
    Location: Semi-remote

    About the Brand & Studio:

    Little Korboose is a modern minimalist home goods brand creating products compassionately hand-crafted in the USA with earth and people friendly materials. 

    The Studio of April Nemeth is a full-service, multi-disciplinary studio that provides strategy, design, and production across all platforms. 

    General Summary: 
    In the Account Executive role, one will have the opportunity to support and drive projects forward for both Little Korboose and The Studio of April Nemeth. The role requires high attention to detail, stellar organizational skills, and creative thinking. As one of April’s go tos, this role is responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships that align with the Little Korboose and Studio missions. 

    What you will do: 

    • Outreach to Little Korboose wholesalers, potential stockists, and collaborative artists/designers 
    • Build strong relationships by providing customer support and check-ins 
    • Organize travel and event logistics for attendees of Little Korboose trade shows and photoshoots 
    • Create compelling content for the Little Korboose blog and newsletter 
    • Take detailed notes and send the next steps to keep the projects organized and on track 
    • Assist in creating the team’s project timelines, tasks, and budgets 
    • Organize internal documents and folders as needed 
    • Continuous list building of prospects, partners, media/influencers and new customers 
    • Attend and schedule all team and partner project meetings
    • Create an end of year sales analysis
    • Provide feedback and assist with the launch of all creative endeavors 
    • Monitor the use of Little Korboose or Juniper & Stone brand
    • Give insight and feedback for the brand’s social media content 
    • Tag and monitor orders and customers on the back end of the Little Korboose website 
    • Make website updates for SEO, new products and tags 
    • Research topics pertinent to Little Korboose and projects for The Studio of April Nemeth
    • Support business development and partnership relations for The Studio of April Nemeth 
    • Maintain close communication to April by meeting in-person 2-3x a month & weekly calls

    Experience You Bring

    • College degree preferred.
    • 3-5 years of relevant marketing/PR/account executive experience.
    • Core end-user with deep knowledge and understanding of retail and soft goods.
    • Proficiency with all Google programs (docs, sheets, cal), Shopify.
    • Exceptional understanding of business and marketing objectives with a proven record of delivering against KPIs.
    • Experience setting strategy, positioning stories and managing project timelines and budget.
    • Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups and with a high level of transparency.
    • Ability to be flexible within the job to ensure the best processes/systems for smooth completion of all projects
    • Willing to take creative risks.
    • Works well under pressure and deadlines and has the ability to remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibility.
    • Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.
