For their fifth creative collaboration, Laura of Vacilando Studios and April of Little Korboose joined forces to co-design a pair of no-waste quilted chore coats that incorporate Little Korboose’s leftover fabric scraps with luxe 100% linen.
Inspired to adapt their best-selling original collaboration design into a wearable quilt, the Southwest Star Chore Coat is made of pieced and quilted screen printed organic cotton sandwiching a breathable bamboo batting. Lined with soft organic cotton flour sack, this coat gives a nod to the Southwestern culture that Laura and April have found endless inspiration in.
Designed with the classic chore coat in mind and made to suit any gender, the Southwest Star Chore Coat features a button front, three pockets, and a wide collar. Its functionality and versatility make it the most wearable and cozy work of art.
